Job Summary

As a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist you’ll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our employees across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles.

You’ll assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support career development.

This role works cross-functionally to build a culture of continuous learning in a fast-paced, innovation-driven tech environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Coordinate and administer company-wide training programs, including compliance, product training, and role-specific learning


* Support the scheduling, communication, and logistics of training sessions (virtual and in-person)


* Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, job aids, and eLearning content


* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and update training materials tailored to software, product, and process learning


* Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual training sessions as needed


* Maintain and update learning content on the company’s learning management system (LMS)


* Track training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness using LMS and survey tools


* Collect and analyze feedback to improve learning programs


* Help maintain L&D data dashboards and prepare reports for HR and leadership


* Work closely with HR and other departments to identify learning needs and align solutions


* Support special projects such as leadership development initiatives or DEI-related training

Qualifications and Experience


* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field


* 2+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR training


* Must be skilled in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise


* Strong organization, project coordination, and communication skills


* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic LMS systems
