Provide the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.

This role includes providing hands-on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in each residents Personal Service Plan (PSP) whilemaintaininga safe, comfortable home-like environment.

The Caregiveris responsible fordemonstratingall elements of wellness,remainingin accordance withfederal,stateand local standards as well asTwenty/20 Management policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.Caregivers with a CNA endorsement/credential are expected tomaintaincredentials andfollow certification standardsalong with community policies and expectations.

Theymayalsohaveadditionalor enhancedduties assigned accordingly
