We are looking for individuals who: Currently possess a current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) certificationAre CompassionateEnjoy Helping OthersAre EmpatheticAre Caring The Role: The Medical Assistant (MA) provides direct services to clients as well as consultation with team members regarding medical services as instructed by the Medical Director or an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner.

What you will do: Conduct comprehensive and/or ongoing bio-medical assessmentTakes vital signsAssesses for signs of communicable diseasesConducts triage and identifies clients who need to be seen by a physicianDetermines the need for wellness education, physical health treatment, and/or psychiatric evaluationMay perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: Certified Medication Aide or Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) certificate is requiredAt least two years MA experience in mental health services with adolescents and/or adults who have addiction and/or mental illness is preferredCompletion of a pre-employment drug screenCompletion of a background checkSatisfactory Driving Record If you meet the above qualifications, this is the role for you!
