Plumber- $10k Sign-On Bonus

as a Plumber here at Honeywell, you will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for water distribution and wastewater disposal

A plumber will use diversified work to install and maintain complete piping installation for connecting air compressors, boilers, vacuum pumps, and hydraulic presses.

Judgment necessary in making installations where care is necessary to avoid breakage or leakage.

The role is based on site in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities


* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.


* Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.


* Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.


* Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent emergencies.


* Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals on plumbing installations.


* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.


* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing issues and solutions.

Available Shift Options

5 th Shift: Monday & Friday - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday 10:00 am - 10:00 pm

2 nd Shift: Monday- Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

3 rd Shift: Monday- Friday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS


* Be able to read and interpret building drawings, layouts, etc.


* Must have knowledge of plumbing methods, regulations, etc.


* Must have a valid Journeyman's license.


* An ability to work assigned shift and, not including any mandated overtime

* High School Diploma or equivalent.


* Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.


* Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
