In this role, you will impact the production process by contributing to the timely and accurate assembly of mechanical systems, supporting operational efficiency and product excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.


* Perform quality inspections and functional tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.


* Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.


* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE


* Extensive experience in mechanical assembly and production environments.


* Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.


* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.


* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.


* Experience with quality control procedures and troubleshooting mechanical assemblies.

WE VALUE


* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.


* 5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or related field.


* Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.


* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
