Youth Health Education Supervisor

Make a difference every day at Amoskeag Health, where we believe strong healthcare beings with strong human Connections! ~ Hybrid position! ~ Who You Are: Amoskeag Health is seeking a Youth Health Education Supervisor to play a vital role in coordinating and implementing the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) and Strategic Prevention Framework Program.

In this role, you will support the delivery of evidence-based curricula for at-risk youth in Manchester and other New Hampshire communities, as needed.

With guidance from the Community Outreach and Engagement Manager, you will actively engage community partners to foster collaboration and advance program initiatives.

You will provide supervision and support to Youth Health Educators while working closely with partner agencies to ensure services align with curriculum standards and funding requirements.

What You'll Do: Conduct outreach to community-based partners, with support from the Community Outreach and Engagement Manager, to recruit referral programs and host sites Build and maintain long-term relationships with community partners to support sustainable collaborations Supervise Youth Health Educators by providing coaching, evaluation, and ongoing support to ensure high-quality program implementation Support oversight of incentive purchasing, distribution, and documentation for youth prevention programs Develop and implement community outreach initiatives focused on pregnancy, STI, and substance misuse prevention, with an emphasis on reaching underserved populations Manage data collection and reporting, serving as a liaison to program subrecipients and completing all assigned funding reports Support and facilitate training for Youth Health Educators across additional sites, ensuring curriculum fidelity and alignment with evidence-based standards Facilitate evidence-based curricula for youth in collaboration with partner agencies across various community settings Participate in community collaboratives and coalitions to expand youth services, including the PREP and SPF Programs Attend required funder meetings and trainings related to the PREP and SPF Programs, including occasional out-of-state travel Represent Amoskeag Health at community events and outreach activities, including occasional evening or weekend tabling Maintain age-appropriate competencies when working with youth
