Regional HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws and company policies.
This role partners closely with EVP, Strategy & Operations and leadership to support workforce stability, employee engagement, and operational excellence across the organization.
Responsibilities: Manage all core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigationsPrimary responsibility for the Texas region, with the flexibility to support other states and regions as business needs evolve Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation requirementsServe as a trusted advisor to leaders on HR policies, employee issues, and workforce planningOversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to support staffing needsAdminister leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, state leave programs) and coordinate with benefits vendors as neededSupport compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in partnership with internal teams or external providersMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with regulatory standardsLead or support HR projects related to policy development, training, engagement, and organizational improvementsCoach and support managers on performance management, accountability, and leadership best practicesPromote a culture of professionalism, compliance, and respect aligned with the organizations mission and values Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roleStrong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirementsProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalismStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel, if needed EEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc.
