DEFINITION: Manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and serves as a resource to employees and supervisors on human resource matters.

Assists with implementation of strategic Human Resources initiatives and ensures compliance with Partnership Health Center (PHC) policies and procedures, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable local, state, and federal employment laws.
