The Opportunity:



* The schedule for 3rd shift is 10:30pm - 7am Monday - Friday. 


* Supervises daily activities of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures.


* Trains, develops, and mentors direct reports


* Supervises and leads a team involved in the maintenance of production equipment taking into account production schedules and priorities.


* Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.


* Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses any performance or disciplinary issues as needed.


* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.


* Assists other supervisors on different shifts as needed.

Competencies:



* Advanced SAP skills


* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills


* Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams


* Effective resource planning skills


* Ability to work in a fast paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail

Who You Are:



* Associate’s Degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline or equivalent military / trade experience.


* 3 years experience in an operations or manufacturing environment

Preferences:



* Knowledge and application of Reliability Maintenance


* Bachelor’s Degree


* PLM / Configuration Management

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $77,100 - $143,100.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.  This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
