Shift: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 (37.5 hours per week, 30‑minute unpaid break)

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce by finding, engaging, and hiring the exceptional talent that keeps our business moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing


* Build strong, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders.


* Provide expert guidance across attraction, selection, assessments, and compliance.


* Write engaging job adverts, source top talent, and screen candidates.


* Coordinate and conduct assessments/interviews, ensuring fairness and transparency.


* Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines.


* Ensure compliance with CAA regulations and GDPR requirements.


* Support employer brand, attraction campaigns, and recruitment projects.

What You’ll Bring


* Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, regulated recruitment environment


* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills


* Excellent organisational and time-management capability


* Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
