Job Summary:

The purpose of this job is to provide leadership, planning, and coordination for all project activities, ensuring that the project's scope, schedule, budget, and risks are effectively managed.

The role involves maintaining strong vendor relationships, fostering communication among stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the position aims to align the project with Cooper's strategic vision, promote the value of project management, and cultivate an innovative and respectful work environment.

Scope: The Global Technical Innovation Group (GTIG) Project Team is responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing lines, process improvements, or new product introductions across all manufacturing platforms within Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO).

The Principal Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver large and strategic projects or programs (up to $50MM), ensuring alignment with CooperVision's global priorities and collaborating with both internal and external partners.
