The Opportunity

KLH Enterprises is seeking an experienced Working Commercial Concrete Foreman who can independently lead commercial concrete projects while remaining actively involved in field production.

This role is ideal for a hands-on concrete professional who can take a current set of drawings, coordinate with the general contractor’s onsite leadership, organize the crew, operate equipment, and move a project from layout through completion with limited daily oversight.

This is not a desk-only supervisory role.

The Working Foreman must be prepared to lead from the field, operate equipment, solve problems, and work alongside the crew when necessary.
