Travel: Local travel between Phoenix-area jobsites

Required Licenses: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The Opportunity

Re-Create Companies is seeking an experienced Commercial Masonry Foreman to lead daily field operations on commercial masonry projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a working Foreman who can direct crews, perform layout, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep projects moving according to schedule.

You will work closely with Superintendents, project leadership, general contractors, and field employees to ensure each project is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial structural masonry experience and understands that this role extends beyond residential subdivision walls or land-development site-wall work.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Lead daily field operations for commercial structural CMU, site masonry, stone, and paver projects.


* Assign work and manage daily crew productivity based on project priorities and schedules.


* Perform structural layout, elevations, block counts, and jobsite setup.


* Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents.


* Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and manpower to prevent delays.


* Maintain quality-control standards throughout each phase of construction.


* Identify field conflicts, layout discrepancies, and incomplete rough-in conditions before they affect production.


* Communicate jobsite issues promptly to the assigned Superintendent.


* Enforce OSHA requirements, scaffold safety, fall protection, and company safety procedures.


* Conduct or support daily safety discussions and toolbox talks.


* Complete required reports, photographs, and project documentation using a company-provided tablet.


* Use general contractor platforms such as Procore, Autodesk, or similar systems when required.


* Train, mentor, and develop crew members while maintaining accountability and production standards.


* Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking field employees.

Required Qualifications and Experience


* At least five years of commercial masonry experience.


* Proven experience leading masonry crews on commercial construction projects.


* Strong knowledge of structural CMU, commercial site masonry, and layout procedures.
