The Opportunity:

You will play a direct role in delivering full-scope commercial and industrial electrical solutions across the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Execute diverse electrical installations across commercial and industrial environments with precision.


* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex power, lighting, and control systems.


* Interpret project blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise system routing and code compliance.


* Collaborate with project team members to complete high-paced buildouts on schedule.


* Maintain rigorous job-site safety practices across every project location.


* Expand your technical expertise by adapting to varied daily field assignments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.


* Strong knowledge of electrical codes, wiring methods, and conduit installation.


* Strong understanding of electrical terminology, including the proper names and uses of common tools, equipment, materials, and electrical components.


* Demonstrated ability to read and work directly from electrical schematics and blueprints.


* High degree of self-motivation, time management skills, and a strong work ethic.


* Ability to report to the Itasca office and travel regularly to client job sites; most sites are within five miles, with up to 30% travel to locations farther from the office.


* Ability to pass background and MVR Check

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Prior experience working on large-scale commercial buildouts or industrial facility projects.


* Proven track record of working effectively within a collaborative field team.


* Employee responsible for bringing their handtools
