The Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal leadership role guiding high-impact residential and commercial plumbing installations across the region.

This position grants you the autonomy to manage job-site teams while building a long-term career with a rapidly growing, family-owned business.

You will directly shape project quality while mentoring junior technicians in a supportive environment.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Interpret complex blueprints and execute plumbing systems according to IRC national plumbing codes.


* Manage and direct field crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.


* Resolve technical job-site challenges using advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills.


* Oversee daily piping, fixture, and mechanical plumbing installations across varied job sites.


* Maintain high-quality workmanship standards on all commercial and residential job sites.


* Communicate progress and logistical needs directly with operational management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum 2 years of experience


* Proven ability to accurately read and execute work from detailed project blueprints.


* Strong working knowledge and practical application of IRC national plumbing codes.


* Demonstrated experience managing teams and directing daily workflow on active job sites.


* Exceptional problem-solving abilities tailored to residential and commercial mechanical environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* 5 or more years of related plumbing experience in residential or commercial settings.


* Previous experience mentoring apprentices and junior tradespeople on field projects.


* General understanding of construction standard
