The Opportunity

You will serve as the primary leader for a world-class, 11.5-acre tennis academy project, managing a high-profile build valued up to $75 million.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Direct all pre-construction planning, including phasing strategies, master scheduling, and municipal permitting.


* Execute the daily management of a 11.5-acre site encompassing indoor/outdoor courts, clubhouses, and retail facilities.


* Coordinate complex OAC and subcontractor meetings to maintain strict adherence to $75M budgets and timelines.


* Oversee high-fidelity quality control and safety protocols for specialized sports surfaces and MEP systems.


* Manage the full procurement strategy and negotiation of all subcontractor agreements and material packages.


* Verify project transparency by maintaining meticulous digital documentation within Procore and Primavera P6.


* Drive the final commissioning and closeout process to ensure a seamless transition to ownership.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.


* Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience with a licensed general contractor.


* Proven history managing ground-up commercial projects with total values exceeding $30 million.


* Expert-level proficiency in Procore and CPM scheduling software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.


* Advanced technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP trades in a multi-building campus environment.

* Master’s degree in Construction Management or Business Administration (MBA).


* PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) credentials.


* Specific experience in sports/recreation facility construction, including professional-grade court surfaces.


* Demonstrated proficiency with BIM coordination tools such as Revit or Navisworks.
