Civil Construction Project Manager – Drive Project Success and Financial Performance with Dynamic Site Solutions

* Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year plus Performance Based Bonus.


* Location: Buda, Texas (Hybrid with 50% travel within the local area).


* Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

The Opportunity:

You will serve as a vital business leader at Dynamic Site Solutions, taking complete ownership of civil construction projects from contract award through final closeout.

This role empowers you to manage project financial performance, implement our core PM 101 and PM 102 philosophies, and directly impact the profitability of our employee-owned company.

You will build deep client relationships while collaborating with field operations to deliver high-quality, high-stakes infrastructure developments.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Manage multiple site development projects including earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and grading operations.


* Develop and execute comprehensive project schedules while identifying logistical risks before they impact budgets.


* Direct project buyout, procurement, and contract documentation to secure optimal margins and protect project profitability.


* Maintain real-time financial tracking, budget cost reporting, forecasting, and precise cost-to-complete projections.


* Author, negotiate, and process technical RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders with clear documentation.


* Collaborate daily with Field Superintendents to keep onsite crews productive, efficient, and properly staffed.


* Foster trusted customer relationships by acting as a proactive problem solver for owners and engineers.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Proven experience working in a civil construction project management or supervisory capacity.


* Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex civil construction plans and specifications.


* Strong proficiency in managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost-to-complete tracking.


* Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for managing contract documentation and client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Bachelor's Degree.


* 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience specifically in heavy civil, mass grading, or underground utilities.


* Hands-on experience with Procore or similar construction management software platforms.


* Working knowledge of project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.


* Proficient in Spanish would be a plus!
