* Salary/Pay Rate: $25 - $29 per hour + OT + Per Diem + prevailing wage (Average 80-100 k gross)


* Location: West Point, VA (100% Weekly Travel)

* Schedule: Monday – Friday (Home on Weekends)


* Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, and Government Grouting

The Opportunity:

You will play a vital role in executing high-impact and sophisticated geotechnical projects using specialized cellular concrete, polyurethane, permeation grouting equipment across the eastern United States.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Execute field setup by laying pump lines, preparing formwork, and organizing site equipment.


* Operate specialized machinery including cement silos, grout pumps, foam generators, and rock drills.


* Transport equipment to project sites safely while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations.


* Perform polyurethane, permeation and cellular concrete grouting applications under direct field supervision.


* Conduct routine maintenance and thorough cleaning of specialized vehicles and grouting tools.


* Participate in up to 8 weeks of technical and safety training to expand your operational skills.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 1 year of experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or geotechnical construction.


* Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.


* Experience working in construction environments or performing hands-on mechanical work.


* Full flexibility to travel weekly from Monday through Friday across the eastern region.


* Capability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and work long shifts in all weather conditions.


* Basic computer and smartphone literacy for communication and time tracking.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Possession of an OSHA 10 or higher safety certification.


* Up to 3 years of experience in heavy civil, earthwork, or geotechnical construction.


* High school diploma or GED equivalent.


* Active Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ambition to obtain one.
