How You Will Make an Impact:


* Transform interior and exterior spaces by applying high-quality coatings to commercial and residential structures.


* Prepare surfaces efficiently by masking, sanding, scraping, and priming to ensure long-lasting finishes.


* Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized job site to represent the company professionally to clients.


* Utilize safety equipment and follow strict guidelines while working on ladders and elevated platforms.


* Learn advanced application techniques through hands-on training and direct manufacturer programs.


* Collaborate with field team members to complete high-end painting projects within scheduled timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.


* Willingness to learn, take instruction, and adapt to field environments.


* Reliable attendance record and consistent punctuality for all shifts.


* Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb extension ladders, and work comfortably in varying weather conditions.


* Reliable transportation (vehicle) to and from work.


* Clean driving record and eligibility to remain insurable under the company vehicle policy.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Previous experience in residential or commercial painting fields.


* Familiarity with standard painting tools, surface preparation techniques, and sprayers.


* Basic knowledge of safety practices related to general construction or working at heights.
