How You Will Make an Impact


* Install, program, and commission CCTV, access control, fire, and burglar security systems.


* Troubleshoot complex low-voltage wiring and system faults to ensure optimal operational performance.


* Configure basic to advanced IP network settings for integrated surveillance and security hardware.


* Collaborate with residential and commercial clients to explain system functions and deliver clear operation training.


* Execute clean installations by efficiently utilizing hand and power tools according to technical specifications.


* Maintain complete and accurate service records and installation documentation for every completed job.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* High School diploma or GED equivalent.


* Proven experience in low-voltage wiring, electronics, or security system servicing.


* Basic knowledge of IP networking and network configuration.


* Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand and power tools.


* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and maneuver through tight spaces.


* Willingness to travel up to 10% for regional projects.


* Must be comfortable with being up high and different heights.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Vocational degree, trade school training, or Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology.


* 5 or more years of hands-on experience installing security, access control, and fire systems.


* Active industry certifications such as NICET, UL, or ESA.


* Experience reading and interpreting complex electrical blueprints and system riser diagrams.
