How You Will Make an Impact


* Execute diverse residential remodeling projects covering carpentry, drywall, and interior finishing.


* Deliver precise installations for windows, doors, siding, flooring, electric, and plumbing systems.


* Provide accurate project estimates to guide clients effectively on job scopes and material requirements.


* Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and clean job sites to ensure complete customer satisfaction.


* Operate company service vans responsibly to navigate field visits and transport required job materials.


* Solve on-site structural or technical repairs efficiently to keep project timelines moving forward.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum 10 years of experience across construction trades and interior/exterior remodeling.


* Advanced proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, window, door, and siding installations.


* Functional field expertise in basic electrical, flooring, and plumbing applications.


* Ownership of personal, professional-grade tools covering all core aspects of general remodeling.


* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company service body vehicles.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Demonstrated track record in residential job estimating and client consultation.


* Previous experience mentoring helper or apprentice technicians on active job sites.
