How You Will Make an Impact


* Perform thorough industrial cleaning of HVAC air ducts, kitchen hood systems, and ovens to maintain safety standards.


* Operate specialized equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and ladders, to service elevated building structures.


* Execute safely in confined spaces using required respirators and chemical protocols.


* Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in optimal condition for daily field assignments.


* Travel to customer sites to deliver high-quality, professional maintenance services.


* Uphold strict safety compliance and customer-specific operational policies on every job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.


* Comfort working at heights and capability to operate from lifts and ladders regularly.


* Physical ability to crawl, lift heavy equipment, and work with arms raised above head.


* Willingness to learn respirator usage, chemical handling, and confined space protocols.


* Willingness to travel up to 20% outside the local area as required.


* Driver’s License (with 4 points or less), ability to pass a drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Up to 2 years of experience in hands-on trade work, general labor, or industrial environments.


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Military experience; veterans are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits


* Hourly pay rate ranging from $25 to $27 per hour.
