You will serve as a premier technical expert in field operations, troubleshooting and resolving complex HVAC, boiler, and hydronic system challenges for a growing customer base.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic system issues across residential and commercial sites.


* Provide technical leadership, training, and structured mentorship to apprentice and junior field professionals.


* Execute advanced repairs, system upgrades, and specialized commercial control installations independently.


* Maintain open, clear communication with customers to explain technical recommendations and build trust.


* Document comprehensive field reports, system conditions, and service records with high technical accuracy.


* Enforce safety protocols on site, identifying risks to maintain a zero-incident culture.


* Coordinate specialized material planning and manage daily job timelines efficiently to minimize callbacks.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* 5 years of relevant field experience within mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing service trades.


* Proven independent proficiency in troubleshooting boilers, hydronics, control systems, and forced air heating.


* Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment schematics.


* Willingness to travel within and outside for field operations.


* Physical capacity to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and operate safely in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Completion of a formal HVAC trade school program or equivalent technical certification.


* Demonstrated experience coaching, training, or mentoring junior personnel in a field environment.


* Advanced expertise in specialized commercial control systems and multi-zone hydronic layouts.
