We are searching for Sr Principal Clinical Engineer to be based out of Warsaw, IN and Raynham MA and Leeds, United Kingdom.

Purpose:

The Clinical Engineer will act as a Procedural Workflow Architect to define and shape end-to-end surgical procedure workflows across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.

This role translates clinical, operational, economic, usability, and adoption needs into integrated procedural requirements that guide implant, instrument, enabling technology, digital, biologic, and service development.

By connecting real-world surgical practice with cross-functional product development, the role helps ensure future solutions are intuitive, adoptable, clinically meaningful, economically relevant, and differentiated in the marketplace.

Job Responsibilities:


* Define and design end-to-end integrated procedural workflows for prioritized surgical procedures across - preoperative planning, intraoperative execution, and postoperative follow-up including implants, instruments, technologies, digital applications, biologics, and services.
