Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine is committed to raising the bar on patient and caregiver experience through our Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization.

The PECS team is accountable for the creation of personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences for patients starting treatments across the Innovative Medicine portfolio.

The Associate Director, Portfolio Management, on the Digital Innovations and Customer Experiences (DICE) team, is accountable for translating strategic priorities into an integrated and transparent portfolio of initiatives across the Janssen Carepath (JCP) and WithMe CRM ecosystems, and for aligning both internal and external stakeholders and service providers to our roadmap.

This role serves as the connective tissue between DICE, technology, marketing, and other cross-functional teams across PECS to drive and align PECS towards a unified digital strategy yielding an efficient and seamless patient experience.
