Purpose: The Director R&D Strategic Business Operations in Innovative Medicine R&D is responsible for leading and overseeing multiple optimization projects within global R&D and potentially with other departments in J&J.

This role will help to transform the way R&D operates.

The role requires strong project management skills, as well as a strategic mindset to optimize business operations and drive down development costs.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully managing cross functional initiatives with a focus on cost saving & efficiency.

Continuous improvement and stakeholder management are also key aspects of this role.

The Business Operation Project Leader will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring successful project implementation, and contributing to the overall advancement of pharmaceutical research and development.
