We are searching for the best talent for a Transportation Operations Manager, located in Gurabo, Puerto Rico.

The Transportation Operations Manager for IM Make will play a critical role in establishing and scaling transportation ownership, governance, compliance, and operational excellence across the North America Innovative Medicine Make network, beginning with the Gurabo manufacturing site.

This position will support implementation of a centralized transportation operating model, support transportation quality and compliance requirements, lead carrier and supplier management, transportation visibility, control tower integration, and cost improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as a key transportation leader working across Make, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Trade Compliance, Finance, and Logistics organizations to develop a scalable transportation capability.

Key Responsibilities:


* Serve as the transportation business leader for IM Make operations and establish transportation ownership, governance, and accountability across supported manufacturing and supplier networks.


* Lead implementation of transportation operating models supporting Innovative Medicine manufacturing, including transportation planning, execution, carrier strategy, issue resolution, visibility, and performance management.
