This role leads the Oncology Precision Medicine strategy and execution agenda, shaping how precision medicine priorities are translated into clear business strategy, customer-facing execution, and cross-functional enterprise alignment.

The leader will partner closely across Commercial, Medical, GCSO, R&D and enabling functions to advance current portfolio priorities, build future capability, and strengthen Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's leadership position in precision medicine.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop the US Precision Medicine strategy, vision, priorities and execution roadmap in partnership with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, aligned to J&J business priorities .


* Lead US Precision Medicine marketing team, National Director of Precision Medicine accounts, and US Precision Medicine Account Management team in the US


* Translate strategy into clear plans that support current and future on-market Oncology portfolio needs.


* Strengthen external engagement with key oncology customers, cancer centers and market influencers to inform strategy and execution.
