We are searching for the best talent for Senior Scientist, Lab Automation & Screening Operations in Beerse, Belgium.

Purpose: We are seeking a scientifically curious and digitally minded scientist to help advance discovery operations through the integration of scientific data, assay development, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
Working in partnership with stakeholders across science, informatics, and data science, you will help design and implement innovative workflows, platforms, and capabilities that improve the efficiency, scalability, and impact of screening and profiling activities.

You will be responsible for:

Scientific Discovery & Data Excellence


* Support the development, optimization, and transfer of screening and profiling assays into automated environments.


* Enable the generation, integration, and management of high-quality scientific data across discovery workflows.


* Develop data workflows and analytics solutions using digital tools and platforms to improve data accessibility, quality, and scientific value.


* Partner with scientists and informatics teams to ensure data is fit for advanced analytics, modeling, and AI applications.
