The Manager HCC MT - Spain, supports the Health Care Compliance activities in Spain, providing end-to-end strategic and operational compliance leadership for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech business.

This role partners closely with country and regional leadership, Legal, business/functional stakeholders, and regional/global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management, and adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.

The role has a significant impact on safeguarding the organization's reputation while enabling compliant and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities


* Serve as the primary Health Care Compliance Officer for the markets.


* Lead the development and execution of Health Care Compliance strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.


* Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial, promotional, professional education, and other functions and operational activities.


* Provide proactive guidance and advice to business leaders on Health Care Compliance requirements and ethical decision‑making.
