About You

Job responsibilities include:


* This position will lead a diverse team of up to 12 direct reports to develop and commercialize product solutions to deliver unmet customer needs in the key segment areas. 


* People leadership to include talent development, performance management, compensation planning and organizational effectiveness.


* Lead, coach, and mentor team members to execute product development work and improve Poise and Depend Light End business results.


* Develop product timelines and learning plans to integrate into project team to understand critical milestones and priorities.


* Develop and manage the budget and resource forecast relating to projects.


* Drive key business decisions for project launches, success criteria, approach, etc. 


* Communicate fully and effectively with leaders, team members, and peers as is required to drive business results and manage risk.


* Break down barriers for team members ensuring objective delivery in alignment with deadlines or direct them to the Adult Care Director for escalation and guidance.


* Provide leadership by example in corporate safety, quality, regulatory, product safety and sustainability.


* Ensure that all elements of the corporate Human Resources Development policy are fully supported.

Required Qualifications


* Demonstrated leadership skills providing work direction to a multi-functional team.


* Experience developing and executing product development work in R&D.


* Be comfortable navigating through ambiguity and complexity.


* Demonstrated ability to influence people at all organizational levels, drive decision-making and execute complex projects on demanding timelines.


* Ability to operate with a growth mindset and have strong mental fortitude to lead a team through challenges.


* A history of delivering strong results for the business.

Preferred Qualifications


* Prior experience conducting performance reviews and providing direct coaching to team members.
