Social Media Marketing Intern

GY Properties is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team for the Fall semester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, stays current with social media trends, and enjoys creating engaging photo and video content.

Responsibilities Create photo and video content for residential properties, as well as corporate marketing initiatives.Assist with planning, developing, and executing social media content strategies.Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.Edit short-form videos and visual content using platforms such as Canva and CapCut.Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.Assist with on-site content shoots and property visits as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements Currently a junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling and content creation.Experience using Canva and CapCut.Knowledge of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable creating both photo and video content on-site.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Interested candidates should submit their portfolio to: marketing@gy-properties.com #ZR
