The Role – Inspire Incredible

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead the overall Rooms Division encompassing Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping and Club InterContinental.

Leading a division of approximately 90 colleagues, including an experienced team of department leaders, you will set the direction for the Rooms experience, develop your leaders and create an environment where our teams can perform at their best.

This is a hands-on and highly visible operational leadership role.

You will be present across the hotel, connected to your teams and our guests, while maintaining a strong focus on the performance and continuous improvement of the Rooms Division.

You will lead through your department heads, building capability and creating a high-performance culture defined by accountability, collaboration, development and exceptional guest experiences.
