Installation Supervisor

The Installation Supervisor provides the on-site handling and monitoring of the mechanical assembly work onsite and reports to the Onsite Manager (OSM) and/or Project Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and supervises onsite mechanical installation services, activities, and TGW and subcontracted labor.

Ensures adherence to project deadlines, quality requirements, and project budget over the duration of installation phase.

Supports initial safety evaluation and collaborates with Safety personnel to uphold TGW safety standards.

Monitors compliance with TGW installation and assembly standards throughout equipment installation phase, ensuring quality control for installed products Provides technical instruction and facilitates necessary training of onsite personnel.

Maintain positive relationships with customers, general contractors, suppliers and other employees.

Manages labor hours, materials, equipment and subcontractors to ensure cost control, communicating deviations to Onsite Manager or General Project Manager.

Prioritizes employee safety and ensures relevant procedures are properly followed to mitigate safety risks.

Ensures paperwork is completed and maintained, including daily reports, timecards, toolbox talks, handover documents, inventory control, etc.

Creates and maintains relevant documentation checklists for the installation work and commissioning.

Performs additional duties as assigned.
