Inventory Associate

About Us Bertolino Foods is a family-owned food manufacturing and redistribution company based in Peabody, MA.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team and help keep our inventory accurate, organized, and moving smoothly.

What You'll Do Perform daily cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory recordsResearch and help resolve inventory discrepanciesMaintain product identification, location, and lot code accuracySupport FIFO rotation and organization across all storage locationsOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, stand-up jack, forklift, scissor lift, etc.)Assist with monthly physical inventory countsFollow food safety practices (SQF, HACCP, GMP) and workplace safety regulationsWork as part of a team to keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Prior warehouse, inventory, or cycle count experience preferredStrong counting and math skills, with great attention to detailComfortable using basic computer/inventory software (Microsoft Office a plus)Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periodsComfortable working in cold storage/freezer environmentsExperience with scissor lifts/high lifts a plus no fear of heightsAvailable for occasional overtime and weekend shifts Schedule Two schedules are available: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:30 PM, with flexibility to work overtime if needed.

Must have availability to train 8 AM - 4:30 PM for the first month.MondayThursday, 9:00 AM5:30 PM, Sundays, 6:00 AM2:30 PM, with flexibility to work overtime if needed.

Must have availability to train 8 AM4:30 PM for the first month.
