The Vice President of Business Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer and partner relationships in the emulsion and pavement preservation industry.

This position leads sales, marketing, and business development strategies, aligning with company objectives to deliver long-term growth and profitability.

The VP will work closely with executive leadership, regional operating companies, and cross-functional teams to capture new business opportunities and maximize vertical integration across the organization.
