Foreman-Carpenter

Murray Logan Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foreman-Carpenter to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil/marine construction projects.

The Foreman-Carpenter is responsible for overseeing and coordinating carpentry crews while performing skilled carpentry work on construction projects.

This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to specifications, quality standards, and company policies.

* High school diploma or GED required.


* Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role preferred.


* Extensive knowledge of carpentry methods, materials, and construction practices.


* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


* Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction regulations.


* Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.


* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

* Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.


* Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus, but not required
