Summary - basic function of the role
Improve customer satisfaction and company profitability by providing prompt and accurate repairs for our customers while making fair and honest warranty decisions for both Enerpac and our Customers.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; evenings and weekends may be required
Location: In office Monday-Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repair on all Enerpac products.
* Properly complete all necessary documentation on repairs, warranty repairs and credits.
* Fairly administer Enerpac's warranty policy.
* Report warranty issues to appropriate management, quality, and assembly cells.
* Communicate service findings and any charges to the customer.
* Remain current in company products, promotions, and pricing techniques.
* Package the product in an appropriate carton and perform minor paint repairs so the product is in acceptable condition before it is returned to stock or sent to the customer.
* Recommend improvements to:
+ reduce cost
+ increase service levels to customers
+ current company procedures and policies.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with prior mechanic experience desired
* Able to read parts lists, blueprints and hydraulic and electrical schematics in order to obtain revision levels, specifications and perform proper repairs.
* Able to express repair findings well both verbally and in writing.
* Able to make good warranty decisions based on customer input and repair findings.
* Self-starter with effective time management skills and the desire to work in a team environment
* Ability to figure discounts and pricing for billing customer repairs or issuing credits for returned product
* Must be able to hear/understand/speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.
