Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technology Product Management to join the Therapeutics Discovery Information Technology organization in Spring House, PA.

This role will support a broad portfolio of scientific, digital, data, automation, and technology initiatives across Therapeutics Discovery.

The successful candidate will partner with scientific and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of technology solutions that advance research and discovery.

This Business Analyst will contribute to business analysis activities across multiple initiatives, working closely with scientists, product teams, software developers, data teams, and business stakeholders.

This position offers the opportunity to develop broad experience across a diverse range of scientific and technology domains while helping establish a high-performing Business Analysis capability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Delivery


* Gather, document, and analyze business, process, and system requirements.


* Support business analysis activities across scientific, technology, and operational initiatives.


* Translate stakeholder needs into clear and actionable requirements.


* Develop process maps, business workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting project documentation.


* Assist in evaluating solution options and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement


* Partner with scientists, product teams, software development teams, data organizations, vendors, and business stakeholders.


* Participate in interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather information and build shared understanding.
