We are searching for the best talent for the IM Transcend Global Delivery Leader role to be based in Beerse, Belgium; Cork, Ireland; Titusville, New Jersey, United States; or Zug, Switzerland.

Purpose

The Global Delivery Leader will provide end-to-end leadership for the business transformation and delivery stream of a multi-year global SAP S/4HANA implementation program.

This leader will drive global deployment and business readiness across regions and functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, process standardization, and value realization.

As a key member of the IM Transcend Leadership Team, this individual will partner with business leaders, executive sponsors, technology teams, implementation partners, and functional stakeholders to enable successful delivery of a large-scale business transformation program.
