Job Description:

As a Business Compliance Specialist, you will provide guidance, review business activities, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with Health Care Compliance (HCC) requirements.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will support HCP engagements, contracting, payments and compliance processes by delivering practical guidance, approvals and solutions



* Lead and coordinate Healthcare Compliance execution for South CEE Surgery


* Coordination of requests for educational courses and Educational Grants in close collaboration with Professional Education, Finance, Legal and Healthcare Compliance teams.


* Management of Educational event and Educational grants logistics as per the company policy and requirements


* Coordination of delegates and speakers for courses and events;


* Contracting management in close collaboration with ProfEd ,Legal and HCC teams.


* Management of post-event duties.


*  Reconciliation of Events


* Post-event documentation review



* Coordination of payments processes for local and foreign activities


* Management of “eMP/ARIBA” requests


* Management of payments to HCPs


* Cross – country x–charge processing


* Invoice management



* Close day-to-day collaboration with Professional Education and Health Care Compliance departments


* Administrative support

Qualifications / Requirements:


* Education level: Bachelor’s degree preferred (e.g. Business, Life Sciences or related field), or equivalent professional experience 


* Fluent oral and written English language


* Advanced computer literacy


* Good interpersonal and communication skills


* Analytical mindset and results driven


* High level of ethical standards


* Ability to build strong internal and external relationships – capable to adapt to different stakeholders’ environment, resilient
