Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner, Global Education & HEMA, located in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA, or Raritan, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with global HEMA and Education leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to support evolving commercial priorities
• Lead talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development
• Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness
• Drive implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve talent outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Support transformation initiatives, ensuring effective communication, adoption, and minimal disruption to business operations
• Foster an inclusive, purpose-driven culture aligned with the Johnson & Johnson Credo and leadership principles

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
• Master's degree or MBA preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Strong cross-functional project management experience in a Global highly matrixed organization.



* Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting global or commercial organizations
