What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you'll help patients regain strength, mobility, balance, and confidence while developing individualized rehabilitation programs focused on maximizing independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities


* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.


* Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence.


* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient response.


* Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with California State Practice Act requirements.


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy professionals, and interdisciplinary care teams.
