What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help residents improve their functional abilities, regain independence, and participate in the daily activities that are meaningful to them.

Responsibilities include:


* Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


* Provide evidence-based interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life.


* Address activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, strength, cognition, and other functional needs.


* Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and safety.


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning.


* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
