Concord Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Full Time Dietary Cook to join our dietary services team.

What We Offer


* Competitive pay: $19-$21.00 per hour

* Full Time - 4x2 Rotation


* AM Shift 5am - 1:30pm


* PM Shift 9:30am - 6pm

Responsibilities


* Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements.


* Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines.


* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations.


* Ensure food is prepared, stored, and served safely.


* Assist with meal service and kitchen cleanup.


* Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide excellent service to residents.

Qualifications


* Previous cooking experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or food service setting preferred.


* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.


* Must be able to follow recipes and dietary restrictions accurately.
