Job Description:

The Senior Director, Government & Regulatory Affairs (GRA) and Brand Security and Integrity Group (BSIG), Corporate Affairs, leads an enterprise-wide function responsible for monitoring and analyzing laws and regulations, advocating for policy outcomes aligned with business priorities, ensuring compliance with external requirements, and advancing responsible business practices across Hewlett Packard Enterprise's global operations.

This position sets strategic direction, aligns cross-functional priorities, drives execution, and ensures the function delivers measurable business impact.

It requires strong business judgment, disciplined decision-making, and the ability to advise senior executives on issues affecting corporate strategy, risk management, regulatory positioning, stakeholder engagement, and long-term enterprise value.

This executive leads work across strategy, regulatory affairs, brand security, market access, and stakeholder engagement.

This role convenes senior leaders to assess risks and opportunities, shape HPE's response to external developments, and integrate regulatory and reputational considerations into business planning.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide strategic counsel to senior executive leadership on enterprise priorities related to regulatory affairs, brand security, market access, operational risk, and stakeholder engagement.


* Lead cross-functional initiatives that align corporate strategy with external policy, regulatory, reputational, and commercial considerations.


* Monitor, assess, and influence regulatory developments that may affect HPE's business, operating model, market access, customer relationships, or long-term growth opportunities.


* Build and maintain executive-level partnerships across Corporate Affairs, Office of General Counsel, Ethics and Compliance Office, business units, regional teams, and other key functions to coordinate enterprise responses to complex issues.
