About You

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:


* Generate product and facility licensing registration to support local and regional business objectives


* Act as KC-Softex Halal Supervisor and lead Halal process for local/regional business objectives in term of BPJPH interaction or halal technically.


* Act as single point of contact of Badan Penyelia Jaminan Halal (BPJPH) and Sucofindo.


* Manage halal strategy and maintenance in local, inter KC Company or ECM.


* Lead halal onsite audit with BPJPH with scope of local, Inter KC Company and ECM.


* Lead MoH onsite audit


* Association engagement


* Actively participate in cross functional meetings or coordination for NPD and maintenance Halal activities.


* Ensure a qualified Halal/product/facility registration dossier is prepared and meeting with the most current requirements in timely manner


* Submit, negotiate and take a lead in driving regulatory bodies on Halal/product/facility registrations.


* Proactive to accelerate approval process


* Keep in close contact with manufacturing site team with regards to development Halal dossiers and documentation


* Lobby, build and maintain close relationship with registration authorities and other relevant pharmaceuticals organizations/bodies


* Support marketing team (i.e review and provide feedback/challenge) in the development of claim and copy materials also advertisement materials.


* Having well trained on relevant regulatory system and database and ensure all relevant regulatory system and database are maintained up to date.


* Ensure RA intelligence is updated and any risks arising to management

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:  


* Bachelor’s of Pharmacy, Chemical or Industry Technical or related field


* 1-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs role


* Proven ability to work cross-functionally, and deliver against strategic objectives


* Fluency in English and Bahasa to effectively communicate with stakeholders
