Responsibilities Client Engagement:Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and preferences, providing tailored design recommendations.Sales and Proposals:Create and present compelling proposals for bathroom renovations, effectively guiding clients to make informed decisions.Customer Relationships:Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.Product Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design techniques to offer innovative solutions.Records Management:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and inventory within company systems.

Qualifications Proven Sales Experience:Strong background in bathroom sales ispreferred; extensive track record of success as an in-home salesperson is amust.Market Knowledge:Familiarity with Southern Californias customer preferences is a plus.Motivated and Independent:Ability to work independently in the field, driven by achieving sales goals and client satisfaction.Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish bi-lingual preferred.In-home Sales License:Must obtain a valid in-home sales license where applicable.Physical Requirements:Ability to travel within the San Diego Metro using your own reliable vehicle, carry up to 50 pounds, and handle the physical demands of in-home sales.
