The primary responsibility of the Mission Office is to oversee the coordination and communication of strategies and resources needed to implement the most recent SCL Chapter Directional Statement.

The Mission Office, with dedicated staff, will assist the Community in developing, fostering, promoting, and communicating the initiatives, activities, processes, and structures necessary to further the mission and charism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate processes identified by the SCL Leadership Team needed for strategic mission planning, decision-making, and implementation of initiatives within established parameters.

Lead strategic initiatives from strategy through execution.

Coordinate with the executive team to ensure that the entire system has sufficient formation, context, information, and involvement for successful implementation.

At times, it may be more appropriate to delegate processes or day-to-day work to relevant departments.
