About the Opportunity The Contracts Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of Federal and Commercial contracts and subcontracts, including proposal support, negotiation, administration, compliance, and closeout in a remote work environment.

The position ensures contractual activities comply with applicable regulations, including FAR/DFARS, commercial requirements, and cybersecurity requirements, while supporting business objectives and mitigating risk.
